We're dedicated to providing excellent customer service and meeting your machining requirements. Machining is a process in which a machine, typically a mill or a lathe, removes material from a workpiece through rotation to create a desired shape.

Our Machining Capabilities

We have several CNC mills with working envelopes of 23.6” x 11.8” x 17.7”(599mm x 300mm x 450mm), 30” x 16” x 20”(762mm x 406mm x 508mm), and 36” x 14” x 20”(914mm x 356mm x 508mm).

The high-speed spindles can reach speeds of up to 15,000 RPM. This allows them to handle a wide range of materials and achieve high-precision machining and milling.

The mills also feature a high-quality CNC control system that provides precise and accurate control over the machine's movements. This allows for the creation of complex shapes and geometries with tight tolerances.

Additionally, they have a high-speed rapid traverse rate of 157.5 ft/min that helps to reduce non-cutting time and thus increase overall productivity.

HAAS ST35Y Lathe

We additionally have a HAAS ST35Y lathe known for its precision and efficiency in turning. Our lathe has a swing-over bed of 12 inches and a maximum turning diameter of 16 inches.

It’s a powerful and versatile machine that offers high precision and efficiency in metal machining. Its advanced features, including Y-axis milling capability and programmable tailstock, make it an ideal choice for complex and high-precision machining tasks.

With its high-quality construction and precision capabilities, the HAAS ST35Y lathe is a reliable and valuable asset for any manufacturing operation.

BENEFITS OF SERVICE

  • Machining allows for the creation of precise and accurate parts with tight tolerances and smooth finishes.

  • Machining can create a wide range of shapes and geometries and works with a variety of metals and plastics.

  • Machining is fast and efficient, allowing for high production rates and quick turnaround times.

  • Many of our mills and lathes have computer numerical control (CNC) systems, which automate the machining process and reduce the need for human intervention.

  • Machining can be a cost-effective way to produce parts in high volumes, as it reduces material waste and labor costs.

  • Machining can create custom parts tailored to specific needs and applications.

  • Machining can create complex 3D shapes, including those with internal geometries, such as channels, slots, and other features.
